Free shipping on every order, everywhere we deliver. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Where we ship

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Every destination we ship to is inside the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import charges to pay on delivery.

In Cyprus we deliver only to addresses in the areas under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. The northern part of the island lies outside the international postal network, so we cannot deliver there. If an order is placed for an address in that area, we will contact you and refund it in full.

When it arrives

We prepare your order in our studio within 1–3 business days. Once it leaves us, delivery takes 2–4 business days within Spain and 5–10 business days to other countries.

Who delivers

We ship with Correos. Outside Spain, your parcel is handed over to the national postal service of your country for the final leg.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or has not arrived, write to info.prasbrand@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace it and sort it out.
