Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. The price you see is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout.

Where we ship
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Every destination is inside the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import charges to pay on delivery.

In Cyprus we deliver only to addresses in the areas under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. The northern part of the island lies outside the international postal network, so we cannot deliver there. If an order is placed for an address in that area, we will contact you and refund it in full.

Processing and delivery times
We prepare each order in our studio within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 business days within Spain and 5–10 business days to other countries.

Carrier
We ship with Correos. Outside Spain, your parcel is handed over to the national postal service of your country for the final leg.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; the cost of resending is payable by the customer.

Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or has not arrived, write to info.prasbrand@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
