Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason and without giving a justification. This is your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, or with tags removed, cannot be accepted.

How to start a return
Email us at info.prasbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the name of the item. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility. If an item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return cost.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few additional days to show the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, write to info.prasbrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and attach photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at our expense.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item and place a new order.

Sale items
Reduced-price items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items.
