Your right to cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition with all tags attached
- carefully packaged for return shipping
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or with tags removed cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
- Email info.prasbrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the name of the item
- We will send you return instructions within 2 business days
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 14 days. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info.prasbrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
